Refund policy

All sales are final.

Digital files are delivered instantly after purchase. Once you've downloaded them, there's no way to return a file — you have it. For that reason, digital products are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Paper products are printed and shipped on demand. Every order goes into production once it's placed, which means we can't stop it, reroute it, or restock it. Returns aren't accepted.

That said, mistakes happen. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or completely wrong, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Send a photo of the problem and your order number, and we'll make it right — reprint, replacement, or refund, depending on what makes sense.

What we don't cover: change of mind, ordering the wrong size, or a color that looks different on your screen than in print. Monitors vary. If you're unsure how a color will print, reach out before you buy.
